In fact, this is very bad for the service life of the air compressor and the user's use effect. Therefore, we need to do the following basic maintenance work:

1： Regular drainage

During the use of the air compressor, due to the compressed air, liquid water will be accumulated in the air tank. If the water is not drained and maintained for a long time, the available volume will be reduced and the working frequency of the air compressor will be increased. This is disadvantageous to the loss of air compressor and user power! Therefore, the drainage maintenance shall be carried out regularly according to the instructions of the instructions or the tips on the labels on the products. It is recommended to drain water once every three days to a week.

2： Replace the intake filter element

After a long time of use, the filter element of the air inlet filter silencer will be blocked by dust and other particles. If it is not replaced regularly, the air intake efficiency will be greatly reduced in the later stage. Therefore, it is recommended that the user should determine the replacement cycle according to the amount of dust in the use place. Generally, it is recommended to replace it at least once every half a year! The color of the filter element can be checked. The normal color should be bright yellow. If it becomes dark or blackened, it should be replaced immediately.

3： Use environment inspection

The operating environment of the air compressor shall be kept ventilated, and there shall be no large amount of fine particles, dust, dust, etc. on the use site; The surrounding area shall be kept clean and tidy, and the articles shall not be placed in a disorderly manner to eliminate potential safety hazards.
